• "Bet" or "Wager" means a financial stake placed on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gambling activity offered on the platform.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentives awarded by wil4d subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User into their wil4d Account using approved payment methods.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit government-issued identification documents and proof of address.
• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from a User's wil4d Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds available for betting, distinct from Bonus Balance.

3. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

Any User found to be under the legal gambling age will have their Account immediately suspended, deposits refunded, and all winnings forfeited.

You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of wil4d complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. wil4d operates under international gaming licenses and does not hold a license issued by the Indonesian government. Indonesian law regarding online gambling exists in a grey area; Users participate at their own legal risk. wil4d makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific location and disclaims all liability for your decision to use the Service.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create a wil4d Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name (matching your government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You may create only one Account per person, household, IP address, and device. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual ("Duplicate Accounts") are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. All activity occurring under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify wil4d Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. wil4d is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain password security, unless such access results from a security breach on wil4d's systems.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC Requirements)

wil4d is required to verify the identity of all Users to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months) upon request. First-time withdrawal requests typically trigger KYC verification.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of request may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. wil4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, payment method ownership, source of funds, or any other information deemed necessary for security and compliance purposes. Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and fund forfeiture.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

wil4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment provider restrictions and User Account status.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, processing delays may occur due to payment system maintenance or verification requirements. You must deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name; third-party deposits are prohibited. wil4d reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the originating source if third-party payment use is detected. All deposits are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate transactions or payment processing errors.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Limits

Withdrawal requests must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified KYC documents. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 100,000; maximum withdrawal limits depend on Account status and may be increased for VIP or high-volume Users upon request.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-5 minutes during business hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday) for verified Accounts with completed KYC documentation. First-time withdrawals may require up to 24 hours for additional security verification. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. wil4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000, which may extend processing time to 24-72 hours.

Before processing any withdrawal, all active bonuses must be forfeited or wagering requirements completed. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal eligibility to prevent money laundering and payment processing abuse. wil4d reserves the right to deduct payment processing fees from withdrawal amounts if applicable, though we currently absorb these costs for most withdrawal methods.

4.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

All transactions on wil4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). wil4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond wil4d's control. Withdrawal fees are typically waived for transactions above minimum thresholds. Check the Cashier section of your Account for current fee schedules. Currency conversion for international payment methods will be processed at prevailing exchange rates plus applicable conversion fees.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

wil4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits as detailed in the individual promotion terms. Bonus eligibility may be restricted based on jurisdiction, payment method, User status, or previous bonus abuse. wil4d reserves the right to exclude Users from bonus eligibility or modify bonus terms at any time.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before converting Bonus Balance to Real Money Balance eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%, and sports betting 100% (though specific markets may vary). 5.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other Users to exploit bonuses, using deposit/withdrawal cycles to bypass wagering requirements, employing betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting both red and black in roulette, betting both sides of a sports match), or any other activity deemed by wil4d to be contrary to the spirit of the bonus offer.

wil4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, Accounts suspended or terminated, and may be prohibited from receiving future bonuses. wil4d reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and recover funds if bonus abuse is detected, even after withdrawal has occurred.

6. Betting Rules and Regulations

6.1 General Betting Principles

All bets must be placed before the official start time of the event. Bets placed after an event has commenced (late bets) are void and stakes will be returned, except for authorized in-play (live) betting markets. In-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended or closed by wil4d. You acknowledge that live betting odds and markets may be subject to delays due to internet latency and data transmission limitations. wil4d is not responsible for losses resulting from delayed odds or market updates.

Bet settlement is determined by official results provided by governing sports bodies, lottery authorities, or game providers. wil4d's interpretation of rules and determination of bet outcomes is final and binding. In cases of obvious errors (palpable errors) including incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical malfunctions, wil4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes even after initial settlement.

6.2 Sports Betting Specifics

Sports betting markets cover football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, international tournaments), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and other sports as offered. Bet types include match result (1X2), Asian handicap, over/under goals, both teams to score (BTTS), correct score, first goalscorer, and various specialized markets. Indonesian football fans can bet on local clubs including Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, PSM Makassar, and Arema FC with competitive odds.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into one bet; all selections must win for the bet to succeed, but odds multiply together for higher potential returns. If a match in a parlay is postponed or cancelled, that selection is typically treated as void and the parlay recalculated with remaining selections. 6.3 Casino and Live Casino Rules

Draw results are determined by official lottery authorities in each jurisdiction and verified against official sources. Results are typically announced shortly after the scheduled draw time (times listed in WIB - Western Indonesia Time). Winning bets are settled and credited to Accounts within minutes of result verification. In cases of disputed results or delayed official confirmation, settlement may be postponed until verification is complete. wil4d's interpretation of result data and bet settlement is final.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

wil4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide comprehensive tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). Users who believe they may have a gambling problem can request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. wil4d will take reasonable measures to prevent creation of new Accounts by self-excluded Users, though ultimate responsibility for not attempting to circumvent self-exclusion lies with the User.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

wil4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at our sole discretion for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, provision of false information, duplicate Account creation, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, use of automated betting software or bots, collusion with other Users, chargebacks or payment disputes, abusive behavior toward staff, or any activity deemed detrimental to wil4d's operations.

Upon Account termination, all pending bets will be settled, and any Real Money Balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to wil4d. You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Following termination, you must not create a new Account without express written permission from wil4d. Attempting to circumvent Account closure by creating new Accounts will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

wil4d provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, and software errors may occur. wil4d is not liable for losses resulting from technical problems beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wil4d's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the six months preceding the claim. wil4d shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. wil4d is not responsible for your gambling decisions, losses incurred from betting activities, or any emotional or financial consequences of gambling. You gamble at your own risk and are solely responsible for managing your betting activity responsibly.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and principles of fairness and equity. Due to the international nature of online gaming and the regulatory complexities of Indonesian law regarding offshore platforms, disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and binding arbitration rather than litigation in Indonesian courts.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of wil4d must first be reported to our Customer Support team for attempted resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by an internationally recognized arbitration body. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. wil4d's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and wil4d regarding the Service and supersede all prior communications and agreements.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Account to any third party without wil4d's express written consent. wil4d may assign these Terms and transfer Account obligations to any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
